XENCHECK — End-to-End After-Sales Work-Order Platform
The missing link between vehicle data and business value. For decades, vehicle data served the ECU. XENCHECK now transforms that same data into actionable service intelligence—creating workshop revenue outside warranty, reducing OEM warranty costs under warranty, and improving the customer experience. Trusted by Ford, Stellantis and Toyota Türkiye.
Engineering overview
- XENCHECK is the missing link between vehicle data and business value: for decades vehicle data informed the ECU, today XENCHECK makes it inform the business — raw diagnostic data becomes actionable service intelligence, and that intelligence becomes business value.
- End-to-end repair-order lifecycle management with native DMS integration: SYS (Ford Türkiye), BOS (Stellantis Türkiye), Toyota Türkiye's own DMS, Keyloop (Europe) live; CDK Global (Americas) in development. No other DMS is a XENCHECK integration.
- Two-way DMS exchange: VIN locates the vehicle and owner in the DMS; the AI reads the full service history (past operations, complaints, resolutions, parts and labour billed) to prepare for the incoming request.
- Odometer and energy level are captured automatically — as a percentage for both combustion vehicles (fuel level) and electric vehicles (state of charge).
- In milliseconds the AI correlates the customer's complaint with live DTCs and sensor values: A/C not cooling vs refrigerant pressure, poor brakes vs hydraulic pressure plus mileage and age, high fuel use vs injector spray correction factors, slow charging vs battery SOH and max cell temperature.
- XENCHECK then writes the repair order back into the DMS — adding the relevant parts and labour operations and, where configured, assigning technicians. Diagnostic evidence becomes a costed, actionable order rather than a report.
- Correlation and DMS write-back happen at vehicle acceptance, so the customer is quoted the correct budget and delivery time at the start — removing the surprise invoice, the most common cause of after-sales dissatisfaction. XENTRON reports higher revenue per repair order plus transparent customer trust.
- The service entry point is where the customer touches the OEM most directly and where experience was historically least controlled. XENCHECK makes it deterministic — same intake, same evidence, same disclosure on every vehicle — letting an OEM hold the same 95% SLA across every geography rather than quality that varies by market, dealer or advisor.
